Shipping Information

We process and ship your orders within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) after acceptance. We'll notify you of any restocking delays.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we may take 1-2 weeks to process your order. We'll keep you updated and provide tracking numbers for each shipment if your order goes out in multiple packages.
We provide free standard shipping globally.

Taxes and Duties

The prices of products are inclusive of taxes and customs duties.

Replacements and Exchanges
​
We understand mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item or something arrives faulty, simply request a replacement within 2 days of delivery. We'll cover the shipping to get you the correct product.

Exchanges are also welcome, but only for the original price or more.
​
Remember to return unused items with all tags and labels attached.

Returns and Refunds
​
Changed your mind? No worries! You have 2 days from delivery to return an item. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, with a Rs. 100 deduction from your refund amount.

We will cover the return shipping if the item is defective or arrives damaged.

Please return unused items with all tags and labels on.

Shipping will be borne by ROSEE only under the following conditions:

If there is manufacturing defect in the piece.

If the package is received damaged.
Please note that the product must be unused and all tags and labels should be attached.

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and runs through a quality check within 24 hours. Thereafter on approval, the refund will reflect in your original payment mode within 20 business days.

Customers can only cancel orders before dispatch; no cancellations are accepted once the product has been dispatched
